This may be a dumb question but I'm assuming people that live on Native reservations can vote right

Yes, they can vote..
But voter registration laws and lack of enough polling stations on reservations can make it difficult in some states

It can be a struggle in some states..

It’s not a dumb question at all. Native Americans didn’t have voting rights in all states until 1962.
