The 9th District Court of Appeals just approved President Trump's plan to require aliens to wait in Mexico for approval before entering the US. No more releasing into the US.

(Someone has been appointing sane judges to the 9th Circuit)

The administration got a [b][i]temporary stay[/i][/b] - until this Tuesday - and at that time they get a shot at demonstrating why the president's 'Migrant Protection Protocols' don't violate The Administrative Procedure Act, as the courts have ruled.

Why would you claim that the Court has approved the president's plan? The court has [b][i]dis[/i][/b]approved the plan, and 3 judges gave the government several days more to plead their case.

Call me a liar all you like. I know the truth :)
