@RyanUK You do realise that it is not democratic to hold a single vote and never go back for another one? Has the concept of democracy been lost on you? Are you somehow confused by why we keep having those pesky general elections, when we all already voted last time?
In any case, a second referendum is asking a different question to the first anyway. In practice the first had these 2 options: Remain in the EU, or Negotiate a withdrawal. The second referendum would simply be asking the public: Are you satisfied with the negotiated withdrawal agreement or do you believe that remaining would be the better option. It not only doesn't ignore the initial vote, but is a clear and sensible follow up to it.
