Are you liberal or conservative?

I am a fiscal conservative, possibly the last living one. I am pro-choice, pro free speech, pro second amendment, pro death penalty if the evidence is refutable, pro gay marriage. Whatever that makes me, that's what I am. But I will NEVER vote for a democrat.

I am one of those in the middle as I try to find a workable balance of conservative and liberal values...however I probably tend to lean a little more toward the conservative.

Its is interesting how people want to pigeon hole political thinking into very specific terms.

What I am for is that government keep out of the lives of people and let them make decisions for what is best for them.

The role of government is to better the lives of the people in which they serve and look to protect the future generations.
Alas we have become focused on keeping borders safe, debating climate change even though the evidence is there, and become insular in out thinking rather than expanding.

We need more decent and normal thinking people to enter politics, but the corruption, branch stacking and cronyism of politics prevent this from happening.

Hmmm? I would consider myself a gentle conservative and an anti-Democrat.

I'm more of a mix of both. I'm more conservative when it comes to abortion and immigration, more liberal when it comes to LGBT issues and the environment. I'm also opposed to most American foreign intervention. Political tests I've taken usually put me quite close to the middle.

I actually took a test online to find out. The test blocked people into 4 squares, and I was extremely close to the exact middle and just a hair over onto the liberal side.

If someone had asked me, before I took that test, I would have said that I am a conservative but Independent voter. It turns out that I agree with more of the conservative agenda (at the moment) than I do with the whacky socialism and radical bullyism being espoused by the present Democrat Party.

I hate labels like this, but I dont really go to either extreme. I share ideals that both conservatives and liberals do

I dunno. Those lines are really blurred for me. But I was told that because I’m pro-life, I must be a conservative. 🤷‍♀️

Common sense anti SJW liberal

Polically and socially, progressive.
Privately (personal life, meaning) I lean decidedly conservative. By way of explaining, I am absolute support of women doing what they please... but I personally seek a woman who wants a big family and is not opposed to being a stay at home mom.

Classical liberal

Centrist.

If it's one thing I have learned, it's that most people don't fit easily into one category so easily. It's issue dependent.

Hell, even some left-handed people do plenty of things right-handed.

So, I know plenty of center-left or right versus someone who ticks all the boxes, even within something like being Libertarian.
