Is Justice Ginsburg on "life support?"

How long can they let it go before pulling the plug?

Have you noticed that NONE of the media will say anything. The silence is deafening. If she had survived the cancer and pneumonia it would have been reported. Sometimes the biggest news is what they won't say. And NOTHING is being said about her absence from the court or her death.

They attached FOX last week for accurately reporting her demise. Its against their vows of silence to report it. So obviously its true.

@Kingfish28 Yes, I agree. I wouldn't be surprised if the dems knew she was dead and were trying to hide it. That's
just up their alley.

Ruth Badger Ginsburg Has Been Dead On The Supreme Court Bench For 3 Months, But Democrats Are Febrezing Her Every Day In Hopes That No One Notices

"According to sources, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Badger Ginsburg has been dead for over three months, but Democrats have been spraying Febreze on her every day in hopes that no one else notices she’s no longer alive.

...Spritzing her corpse up real good with Febreze every morning and taping her eyes open in a lifelike expression, left-wingers from all over Washington have been pitching in to give the now-deceased justice the appearance of sentience so as not to forfeit her seat to a conservative appointment.

“She’s definitely got a stink to her, but we simply can’t afford to back down on this,” said a high-ranking Senate Democrat speaking on condition of anonymity. “It’s an unprecedented strategy, but as long as we keep masking Ruth with Febreze, we should be able to hang onto her seat.”

“One of her eyeballs keeps falling out,” the source added.

Moved to and from hearings on a rolling chair by fellow liberal Justices Elena Kagan and Stephen Breyer, Ginsburg’s corpse has been present for all judicial obligations in recent months, and slight lurching movements caused by the escape of bodily gasses have created the illusion of spirited participation, making her appear at least as engaged in deliberations as her famously reticent colleague Clarence Thomas. However, as the stench of decomposition wafting from her cadaver grows increasingly ripe, some party leaders are starting to worry that Febreze won’t cut it...

“We might eventually have to laminate her or something,” said one congressional source who likened the smell of Ginsburg’s body to that of an old rotisserie chicken that’s been sitting at the bottom of a trash can for a while. “Or maybe we could stuff her with air fresheners. We’re gonna have to figure out something if we don’t want to lose serious ground in the judicial branch.”

While it’ll undoubtedly be a tough ruse to keep up for the entirety of Donald Trump’s presidency, you have to hand it to Democrats for finally stepping up and doing what it takes to survive in this new era of guerrilla politics. Knowing what an iconoclast RBG was, you just know having her corpse regularly doused in Febreze is exactly what she would’ve wanted."

@Greybare It's been my observation over time that a person with power, esp. a political one, cannot be seen in the public eye as being weak, lest risk losing grip on their position. This pattern goes back all the way to the Roman/Egyptian days. No one is immortal and when rivals smell the inevitable, an informal jockeying-for-position takes place among the competitors in expectation of the vacuum.

A pattern of protecting and defending the person in question takes place by their trusted members - the Pretorian Guard so to speak. Preceding each fall (slow burn or abrupt fall) are remarks from the guard in summary defense throughout. When these things happen, a good deal of cloaking takes place, usually until the last moment.

Power hates a vacuum, and this is no different. Trump is playing chess, biding his time and likely has someone ready to nominate - now. She’s a conservative whom no one on the opposing side apparently wants on SCOTUS, Justice Amy Barrett:

Far be it for me to wish the hastening of someone's demise, facts are no one lives forever and another conservative on the high bench would be icing on the cake for many. She had her time in the national sun, however as in all things the nation eventually turns the page and moves on.

Geez louise! You miss a few days of work for the first time in 25 years...

Perhaps a letter writing campaign to newspapers asking where she is should be recommended. Let the media know we are aware and not going to sit back and let them ignore it.

Been reading too much QAnon?

Ginsburg is recovering at home from surgery. Nothing more, nothing less.

Believe it or not, nobody has to report to you on their state of health and recovery.

Doesn't matter what anyone says.. believe what you want..
Fox News did apologize for mistakenly showing a brief 2sec graphic suggesting that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Badger Ginsburg had died. I figure:

• They already have it prepared for her inevitable demise, and/or
• They want to see the public's response beforehand, or
• They made an honest mistake

@DudeistPriest You can rule out the third reason out of hand. Fox's "mistakes" are intentional.

@Greybare The report by "Andrew Dunn and Ariane de Vogue, CNN" is dated "Tue January 30, 2018." Appears to be a re-print of last years' article. So the reference to the SOTU address being the first means last years' address - not this years' which, yes, will be the second SOTU address.

What I think is comical is her slight to Trump as a "faker" at the end of the article and more so his interesting response:
