Federal workers..

Does anyone know, if the federal workers..TSA, air traffic control, and anyone else who are working without pay, do they sign a job description, when they are hired, that they must work without pay during government shutdowns?

I think instead of TSA and others, they should stop the pay of all those in the house and senate and all their aids and support. Then lets see how fast people are willing to come to the table and talk.

Not sure about the civilians. But when I went through this with Clinton. No. We were not told up frount. When it was immenant we started getting breifing during the day what to expect. And why and some resource we could reach out to if needed.
