Theresa May remains prime minister after all, as we thought

325 MPS voted in favour of her government with 306 MPs against
Even though 432 voted against her deal yesterday and only 202 in favour
How can they support the government but not the thing the government has spent the last 2.5 years working on? As if politicians know what consistency is anyway...

Party over country -- just like the U.S.

The interests of 60,000,000 people to represent; three years of negotiations; a rejection of the 'deal' from the EU, and the government survives a no confidence vote by 19.

Gotta wonder just what they had to promise those 19 in order to carry the vote !

this is how - they only want the Unicorn they were promised

@firefall John Oliver inspired but a perfect answer.
Turkeys don't vote for Christmas.

Because they disagree on an issue but don't disagree with her taking the flack. We need Elizabeth the first to deal with Brexit imo lol so doesn't matter who's doing it.

@KaiserSolze Elizabeth the First.
That's cool!
lol
You might be right.

Perhaps they see no replacement they believe would do any better.

Theresa has done what David Cameron couldn’t.
