Economic recessions seem to happen with predictable regularity (about once every 8-10 years). Do you think we are due for one?

The economic model is one of booms and busts, rises and falls. What goes up must come down. After a bust happens, we make use of our 20/20 hindsight to declare how it could've been prevented, but maybe there's no real preventing it. Maybe it's just an unavoidable cycle.
