Trump Doesn't Think 'Saturday Night Live' Can Legally Make Fun of Him, Wants It 'Tested in Court'

@JoyfulSilence I’m guessing that was a waste of Trump’s money. He’d have to sue every comedian on the [b]planet[/b], since he continues to provide better material than [b]anyone[/b] could write. 😅
I don't particulary think Baldwin does that great a job as Trump on SNL and I think the sketch could have been much better if it was actually less comedic.
Maybe have him meet a young Central American girl singing praising the goodness of the U.S. for granting her family asylum.
Maybe having him read a recent column by Jamal Khashoggi, who is very much alive after being properly warned by the CIA not to visit the Saudi embaassy in Istanbul.
Maybe having him meet the incoming new Speaker of the House who is replacing Paul Ryan, finding out that he (or she) is a Republican.
Finding out he not only wasn't elected in 2016, but lost the Republican nomination as well.
"Hail to the Chief" is then played as in walks Jeb Bush, the guest host for the show, who after receiving the salute of nearby military personnel yells out, "It's Saturday Night Live!"
@SmartKat Yes.... 🤔 I can see that. Maybe Baldwin can play himself in a Cameo of his SNL persona. Can you imagine the list of Hollywood people lining up to offer their service for free just to be on the screen in that one??
@Fernie Yep.. And if it is done as a comedy, thats how it should be.. And the original sure has a ton of laughs built in. Too bad it doesnt have longer to run.😉
