Because states have rights. Both parties hate it when they're in power, and love it when they're not.

It's difficult to grasp, in part, because deporting and imprisoning without due process offends some people.

Mr. Woods might like to see Jerry Brown thrown into a federal prison now, but if his buddy Trump doesn't become President for life, the next gal up might be jailing a Republican governor for interfering with abortion rights.

I think James Woods is a very bright guy and a great actor, even though I don't usually agree with him politically, but he's being disingenuous to talk about law and order in the context of this administration.

We have lots of laws people don't follow, we could arrest most of the people in the WH if we were following ALL the laws. That doesn't make for as good of a twitter rant though of course.
