Yes, the left likes to claim they are a "big tent" party yet they keep alienating everyone except the ignorant and stupid. This is just one in a long list of examples of how the dumdum party is NOT a big tent. Another example would be their obsession with abortion. I'm pro-choice but I respect people who do not agree with me. Not the dems, they will ban you, withhold campaign funds and run someone they approve of if you even dare show the other side the slightest bit of respect or if you aren't proactive in touting abortion. One of these days the black women who are being used by the dems will wake up and understand just why almost all abortion mills are in their neighborhoods.

For a long, long time I was a registered Democrat – even after I no longer voted exclusively or even primarily Democrat – largely out of loyalty and memory of my parents, who were FDR Democrats from the Greatest Generation, coming of age during the Great Depression and WW II (in which my father fought). Shortly before the present (mid-term) primary elections I finally switched my formal registration to the GOP.

I do not agree with everything Republican, or every Republican candidate or politician. But the Democrats have left me. They have swung [b][i]way[/i][/b] too far Left, seeming to embrace much of what we fought against through the long Cold War. It is sad to say so, but "Demarxocrats" seems more accurate a name for them, these days.

And yes, I do stand for the Flag, and kneel at the Cross!

That makes absolutley no sense. What happened to freedom of religion and free speech? This is his opinion no? I hate how sensitive society has gotten. You can't even state your beliefs or opinions w/o people wanting to come @ you for it
