I've never seen anyone contend that Hillary would become president if Trump is impeached and removed from office. The choice is between an unstable mentally ill malignant narcissist and a religious zealot. Not the best choice, but Pence is the better bet, even given his politics.

Pence is a right wing religious nutter so it’s out of the frying pan and into the fire if creepy Trump gets dumped for Pence. Having said that, Trump is a complete disgrace and embarrassment to his country in so many ways, surely Pence couldn’t plumb the depths of Trump.
