@lorne13 You are clueless. The presidential pardon means you can not be charged for the same crime anywhere by anyone in US jurisdiction. No Supreme Court required. Nice try. Why don't you do something productive like go play in the traffic. You are showing your self clueless with your keyboard.

@lorne13 Not the same offence sub genius! The supreme court can't stop a democrat from being charged for a crime he committed before or after Bill Clinton pardoned him for a different crime. Some people need to study their civics again.
