Is Manchin Afraid WV Dems Will Stay Home in November If He Votes 'Yes' on Kavanaugh Nomination?

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) just left the Capitol "reading room", said he's still undecided and will go back tomorrow to read the rest of the FBI report on Kavanaugh.

I believe he doesn't want to be the #50 "yes" vote and is hoping the three undecided Republicans will make his vote not matter, one way or the other.
