Maybe it refers to Clinton and Obama. When those FISA documents come out unredacted, there is a serious possibility that both of them will be arrested. No deals this time, what those two evil creatures are putting our country through definitely deserves severe punishment. The truth is coming soon and it will send shockwaves throughout the globe. Sedition and treason at the highest levels of the US government. Nobody is above the law.
