Fact is, I'm always annoyed by these hearings, no be matter who's on the plate and don't remember exactly what they found that they thought was so significant on executive immunity. All I remember was raising my eyebrow and then shrugging.

Hopefully Justice Kavanaugh will uphold the Constitution. I've got little hope he'll do it the way I'd like him to, but if he does it at all, and isn't more personally loyal to Trump than he is to the country, I'll be ok, even if I whine.

I'm wondering though, if it wouldn't be a hoot to not let Congress do the questioning and law professors do it instead.
