@Pherick I think that's funny too. He should know firsthand. He opposes single-payer healthcare, or even public option healthcare, and wants a system more like Obamacare. Despite that he lives in a country where there's no such thing as 45,000 people dying every year from lack of basic healthcare, while America has that exact problem.

I visit Canada on a regular basis for work and have always thought they have alot of things going for them, government and social wise.

@canusernamebemyusername It's because they openly call themselves a socialistic democracy and take pride in the fact that their government uses their tax money for things that actually help their citizens instead of spending it on bombing everyone and their brother. @Inquisator I used to live in Aarhus. Your country was very good to me. I wish I could have stayed longer but I was doing a lot of illegal shit and I was made to leave, which was probably for the better. I wound up in the Czech Republic after that.

@Inquisator Honestly, I preferred Denmark, but I enjoyed the Czech Republic quie a lot too. I speak much better Czech than I do Danish or Dutch, so it was easier to communicate. Although I still miss the food in Denmark, Jesus Christ I'd go back just to eat.

I had an easier time doing what I was doing in Czech, but that's because it was against the law. If I had gone straight, I could have stayed in Aarhus and made a great living. But I was too fucked up at that point in time.
