Thoughts on Brett Kavanaugh?

A few very controversial positions:
1. Net Neutrality is unconstitutional.
2. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is unconstitutional.
3. A sitting president cannot be indicted.
4. Trump may fire Robert Mueller if ever and whenever he wants.

He's one of the most pure, extremist corporatists I've encountered. He's a standard conservative on a lot of stuff but when it comes to the unfettered power of corporations to run the country there's really no equal to him.

I'm behind on the news, but if Kavanaugh has actually opened his mouth and given opinions on this stuff, I'd be both horrified, and even a little pleased that he might just screw up an easy approval process by prejudging cases.
