World peace? Lol. Let me ask you something. Would you believe anything that came out of Kim Jung Un's mouth? Keep in mind, that North Korea started it's nuclear program after signing a nuclear non-proliferation treaty, and has promised to disarm multiple times in the past, then didn't.
