Seems like Trump tried a few times to appeal to with stuff like that, but its not his forte and they'd still make fun of him and criticize him.

I doubt we're going to see any more compassion type stuff from this President. He's focused on defending himself at home and trying to make his legacy abroad.

In short, I think he's focusing on what he thinks he can do best before its too late.
