Is this why so many Republicans reject evolution?

They went from Eisenhower to Nixon (the latter wasn't so bad if you know your history) to Reagan to George Dubya Bush to Trump. They're not evolving, they're devolving. [image deleted]

@hippyjoe1955 You don't think JFK and LBJ represented coming a long way from the original right-wing Democratic party? We've moved backwards as well. We went from JFK to Carter (still a good president if you know your history) to Bill Clinton to crooked Hillary. She was so bad we had to bring in a third-party guy to run against her, and she had to cheat to barely squeak past him. There was no good choice in 2016.
