If they don't believe in, as we do, The United States brand of Constitutional limits of power over our own people, as imposed on our government, then it means diddly squat.

@Northwest Oh, I see the russians are only fans of the Second Amendment, my mistake. Apparently they are fans of the First Amendment also, since they used it to spend $100,000 on facebook to successfully throw the Presidential election in favor of Trump.
