Is Steve Bannon's career finished because of the fallout from that book?

“The three senior guys in the campaign thought it was a good idea to meet with a foreign government inside Trump Tower in the conference room on the 25th floor — with no lawyers. They didn’t have any lawyers. Even if you thought that this was not treasonous, or unpatriotic, or bad sh*t, and I happen to think it’s all of that, you should have called the FBI immediately,”

- Bannon on Trump Jnr.

“Steve Bannon has nothing to do with me or my presidency,” When he was fired, he not only lost his job, he lost his mind. Steve pretends to be at war with the media, which he calls the opposition party, yet he spent his time at the White House leaking false information to the media to make himself seem far more important than he was. It is the only thing he does well."

- Trump Snr on Bannon

There is no way of the people reconciling this by people who support both figures. Personally, I think they are both right about each other but hard-core Trumpsters will believe their own man above anyone else. No matter the feud, the circumstances, the evidence or the opponent.

Even Breitbart readers are sticking the knife into Bannon in the comment section. This is the man who was once seen as the power behind the throne and a movement leader. Breitbart themselves have the story buried under a load of typical liberal and 'globalist' hating stuff but that won't wash. Trouble in paradise.

I am chuckling, because the SW Trumpsters, are out bashing Bannon, when all along, they've been cheering.

It's like watching a pack of wolves turning on each other, after they ran out of food.

I don't think Bannon is finished, he finally realized the depth of Trump's con. He figured that, while still a racist, is pragmatic about his hate, when Bannon to bring the white sheets back into the open. He's incensed that he helped set a Jewish family (JarVanka) on the path to US Presidency.

I don't doubt what he's saying, just thinking trying to figure out his motivation. It can't all be explained by Trumps not wanting to share the spotlight.

His political career might be ruined, but with the sale of his book, he'll laugh all the way to the bank.

@IM5688 It's not his book. He was interviewed by the book's author. The book is not just about Bannon. There's some good stuff about other staffers as well.

@Northwest I stand corrected. However, even if it not his book, the book manages to bring him into the spotlight which I'm sure he will cash in on one way or another.

Maybe the Movement was a Bowel Movement!

I doubt it but it might hasten Trumps demise

🍿🍿 😃 lol

The opposite, it is finished if he does not distance himself from Trump. He is leaving a sinking boat.

Maybe, but he will make a zillion bucks on the book.

@Marcette88 He's a source, not the author. Though yeah, Bannon will never want for money through his movement is in trouble.
