@jackjjackson Yeah, anti Trump mob has all these articles and statistics, but I just know a lot of my friends suffered when companies cut the hours back because of Obamacare, and we had empty strip malls everywhere. Now people are starting to work 40 a week again and the strip malls are full again. So all those articles and statistics are pure bullshit.
By taking a sledgehammer to globalism, the surveillance state and debt. All three are menaces to the US middle class and common sense. Just do what common sense and logic dictate, technocracies can be defeated by turning their own weapons of social engineering against them. Uh, he would have to completely change his governing philosophy and at least abandon the Republican Party if not become a Democrat. I could break it down to specific issues, but my first sentence is a good summary of what he would have to do.
If he admitted to all his lies. If he came clean and confessed to all his inappropriate sexual behaviors. If he stopped acting like a child. If he stopped being a racist. If he stopped being a narcissist. I will vote for him.
There are two factors at least affecting the deficit. Spending g and income. Higher GNP = more tax revenues. Whether or not the President’s lofty expectations are met is another question. @SimplyTracie

1. Deregulate - eliminating Obama Era executive orders expanding Federal agency impact 2. Defunding ObamaCare- not only saving federal money but also lessening the burden on businesses 3. Passed a Budget - Obama never had a budget passed in his entire administration, even though this is required by law. That's why we had continuing resolutions and debt ceiling votes because these issue are supposed to be addressed in the budget. No one understood what the federal government would be spending. 4. Passed a Balance Budget, therefore not increasing the deficit
All of these things have been done already and all of them have a positive impact on the economy, i.e., GDP Growth above 2.5%.
Remember, the Stock Market is a Forward Looking Animal. Current prices reflect what investors think will be happening 18 months from now.
@SimplyTracie Lower taxes have a stimulatory effect on the economy and will drive higher GDP Growth. Increased economic activity and wealth creation will increase tax receipts not decrease them. Look up the Laffer Curve. This is one reason why tax cuts increase the amount of taxes paid. It is not a Zero Sum Game.
I think he should shoot up the Senate because that would show that he values second amendment rights and would have actually drained the swamp. Plus he could just say it was the left making him out to be a bad guy
