Why have Americans always loved voting complete maniacs into office?

do you only watch the USA news ,
Other countries don't fair much better
difference is we can paste ours all over the news
other countries you oppose the leaders ,,they Kill you
But I do agree ,Americans are good at making the wrong choice
but this last election ,there really was not a choice
and People as a whole need someone to hate
After Sept 11 ,Americans unified ,we acted like Americans
We had someone besides each other to hate
but we picked on the wrong country

@Graciebaby I did not select any of them ,I voted for government that effected my local government ,amendments that affect the world we leave to my Grandkids and their kids ,I left POTUS blank ,,I seen no win win or the lesser of 2 evils ,
I happen to know that Bush is not the one who started this at least not HW or GW
We started this crap in the middle east in 1953 ,one of the most beloved Presidents ever ,so no dear I played no part in what took place here
I served my county as a life saver not a life taker
And just so you know ,I think GW helped with 9/11 or at least allowed it to happen for an excuse to go after Iraq and get the man who tried to "Kill his Daddy ",,and he unleashed all the crap that has gone on up to ISIS ,
I also know when citizens are afraid ,they give up civil rights for protection .
I also see someone has an ongoing agenda to divide an conquer .
Saddam did with a bluff something all the armies so far have been unable to do.
So no ,I am not the uninformed idiot you seem to think me to be ,
nor did I put our current administration in office (what there is of one ,they keep getting fired or quit .)
All I have influence in is my little part of the world ,which I am very proud of .I'll save you the book as to why I am proud if it
We have quite a lot to be proud of
But if all your info comes from the eyes of media ,I can see why you would think we all are like you see on TV ,I assure you we are not
And one thing I never promote is hate and sin
and I admit our influence on the world has not been good ,
but you must not know many of the trends in the USA,,they did not start here
our country is good at copycatting other countries too
