Should college students that is from another state be allowed to vote

bowman81 · M
If he/she resides in the state they go to school..(IE the dorm) and registers to vote yes they should be able to vote, just like any other resident...but they can't vote in their hometown and the school they live at.

only from their home of record

@MarineBob By registering to vote , they establish that as their home of record.
Vote for candidates in their state or college district? depends.

[sep]As long as they aren't voting at home too.

Why not? They live there.

@QuixoticSoul chances are they are paying out of state tuition rates and still has their home state drivers license
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@MarineBob None of those seem like reasonable limits to stop someone from registering in the state they now live in.
