If it were up to the PEOPLE mind you.. which it SHOULD be she did win. They are trying to do away with the Electoral college; it was only set up for people who could not have access to news in the past, who had no t.v , newspapers etc, so their Electoral college would be their vote... now we all have access everywhere, so can make informed decisions, anyone, on our own. So she would be Prez right now :/
