Why not just call it the nigga's health care plan?
That is the main reason why the Affordable Care Act is unacceptable, because it was associated with a black man and it is unacceptable to allow a black man to get ahead in America. It is also unacceptable for a white person in America to use anything proposed or created by or for a black man. Something like a health plan that was created by a black man would be considered to be a nigga's plan in the sense of being created by and/or for a negro.
