Still, I have no desire...to put up a Christmas tree. If it were any other December, by now, decorating the house would have been complete.

Anyway, Advent is a time of hope. I look forward to celebrating, at the same I reflect on His return with hope my heart.

@SW-User How I wish what you said gets into people's awareness first and foremost. I couldn't agree more. It's scary to think that nowadays, Christmas is observed just like Halloween, with no more regard of its real meaning.

Thank you. May God grant us according to the riches of His glory to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man. So that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith and being rooted and grounded in love. God’s words in Ephesians 3:16-17. A friend gave good advice, to look at all that comes into our lives as having a redemptive purpose. Thanks for you post and response. 😊@SW-User
