You dont break the silence. Usually if you cant handle the ilence it's something going on inside you .
Most people usually have nothing to talk about on a day to day schedule. It's all social pressure . That's why I dont like groups or gathering where there is more than one .
I can say that to you but applying to me is a totally different ball game .
At times I be afraid of becoming my true self . I had it before but I lost it and loosing it is one of the most toughest things to get back cause you know you lost it but your memory be forcing to try get it back
