Has anybody ever Bought a Dog Zapper in case your Dog Constantly barks at people and dosent stop barking

my dog barks at The Neighbors and Strangers who walk down the street and she wont stop

Mine does to.
I did consider getting one and even watched some videos on YouTube.
But having spoken to my neighbours about it, they said it doesn't bother them as much as I thought it might !
