Gross question

My cat just caught a wild bird should I feed it to my boa constrictor who usually eats jumbo rats? Just to change up her diet a bit? The bird is already dead either my cat eats it or the snake does what do you think?
Well, the cat did all the work.

If the snake will enjoy it, do it!
I'm on edge typing this....
The fooking thoughts of a snake..
A mouse..
And a cat... All involved!

Don’t snakes prefer live animals that it strangles for itself. It might not accept something already dead.

My boa always strangles frozen thawed rats@Pfuzylogic

@saintsong
They would be dead then! 😂
I thought it would be natures way of telling the predator that the food is okay to eat.

Snake. And you have a constrictor? That’s wicked cool!

If the cat wanted it, it would have eaten the bird itself. Give the bird to the snake, she would most likely appreciate it a lot.

Well I am with the rest that the snake may be best as the bones can't hurt the snake like the cat could be hurt

The cat who killed it should have a chance to eat it IMO. Just don't let the boa constricter get hungry...

Is it healthy for the snake 🐍?
saintsong · 41-45, F
@HannahSky it looked healthy clear eyes and beak good size beautiful feathers
HannahSky · F
@saintsong I suppose in the wild they would eat it.
hum... i think it would be disgusting to let your cat eat that.
