According to windfinder.com the predicted winds on cat island are gonna top out at 40mph max and if that's the case I don't think it's gonna be too bad.
@YukikoAmagi I understand that. Obviously Humans are more important. I love and adore cats though so my heart goes out to them. I hope the humans are okay too.
You'd feel more sympathy for a human being sat in a house watching tv and eating popcorn than you would for an animal out in the cold wind and rain? That's a bit of an odd perspective to have don't you think? @YukikoAmagi
@iMystery Oh right...sorry but I don't pay any attention to rugby. I wondered why people were wearing rugby jerseys all up and over the place recently. I'm a bit unpatriotic in that way. 🙂
@Wraithorn 😄 No worries.. I usually dont follow any sport at all. Not even local rugby games. The only time I watch SA play is during World Cups, but also not ALL matches, only those against teams like All Blacks, England, Australia, Wales, etc.
@Wraithorn In Europe, many countries, now, must follow laws which clearly state that stray cats or dogs CANNOT be executed after a certain period in municipal kennels. In many places, it was 8 days - now, they cannot do it and MUST re-home them.
@EugenieLaBorgia That's interesting. I'm not sure that would work here unless the majority of people were responsible enough to have their pets sterilized. That is the problem. At least 50% of the people I know do not do this. Education is necessary to get rid of the root of the problem. I have seen people get offended when I mention this to them.
