How would you go about stopping a dog from chewing things?

He has chew toys. I give him plenty of bones and those hard chew dentastick thingies. And yet the little shit has chewed 4 beds, three broom handles, one rake and two hoses... I know his a mixed breed but I'm beginning to suspect some Billy Goat ancestry at play here.

You can buy a very sour tasting spray that you put on the areas that he likes to chew. WE used that on a dog we had.....cant say it worked though lololol

She never bit the bits I'd sprayed, just found new things to chew so the spray does work.
