@Allelse omg 😣 that sucks, that’s the second time I’ve heard that about rats getting tumors. I wanted a rat but I don’t have the proper home for them.

@Stark My poor little buggers. It was heartbreaking them watching their entire bodies become like one great tumour.

@MessieNessie 😂😂 I just had a mental image of that because he does that with his food all the time especially when I put out fresh food he’ll just sit there stuffing his cheeks and he’ll even have to take out food, rearrange it and then shove it back in his mouth so it’ll fit since it’s so full.

@Stark hamsters love doing that...they're worried they won't get fed again for some reason. I want to see him store that entire thing in his mouth.

@DragonFruit it’s a bar similar to a granola bar breaking it would just make a mess and leave it in pieces defeating the whole purpose of me putting it in there. You put it in their home whole and they just chew on it occasionally. It helps grind down his teeth as he doesn’t like chewing blocks which are meant to shappen and help their teeth stop growing as their teeth continue to grow so with that being hard I replace it with chewing blocks every once in a while. So he chews on it and gets a treat at the same time.
