Does your cat have really fast reflexes?

I know cat reflexes are many times faster than those of a human but i've played with other cats before and my cat seems really fast.
More often than not, she can catch her toy even when i'm paying very close attention to her eye dilation and pre-pounce posture.

When you play with your cat, are your constantly surprised by how fast they are?
