Well now isn't he quite a handsome fellow

I'm surprised how he's even survived so many years with such a bad camouflage!! Showoff snake!! 😏
@BlueMetalChick I'm sorry, sweetheart.... I wish she could also have escaped to Australia that day with you girls. 😞 ((tight hugs))

I sometimes wonder how a handful of politicians can turn millions of people into refugees..... I wish we could learn from our mistakes but we never do. You're lucky you at least got together with your dad one day.... But it's just as rare as a miracle.

@Vivaci For a while I wanted to go back and see if I could do something to help. But it never came to fruition.
@BlueMetalChick Some day you might get a chance to do something for the women in Sanaa, you never know. Learn international law, and join UN or World Bank. Maybe you'll be able to make a difference. You're so bright and smart. You can do anything that you put your mind to.

Look at Madeleine Albright or Ivonne Cuesta....

😲 Gorgeous!!!
AngelKrish · 26-30, M
Yeah I saw him yesterday... Looks beautiful but venomous too
AngelKrish · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick But I feel humans are more venomous then any snake 😂 as snake bite for self defence or for food but humans bite for money and their inhuman desires!
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@AngelKrish Isn't that the truth. We might not have nearly the natural capacity to harm others as a snake or a shark or a tiger, but we sure do have the motive. Those other animals don't go to war with each other and kill millions of their own kind.
AngelKrish · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick Rightly said by you!
That would make an incredible pet!
@BlueMetalChick
Untreated venom has a field day on flesh. I hope your bites didn't mess you up long term.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@SomeLikeItHot I have an irregular heartbeat from the taipan bite.
@BlueMetalChick
Something bit me that way and I still don't know what it was but my heartbeat really increased for a year.
SW-User
omg he’s beautiful. im not a snake person but wow
SW-User
@BlueMetalChick ooooh i’ll try not to piss this one off if i ever see one then 😁
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@SW-User They're quite shy, they live in Malaysia but don't like the sun because it's too hot for them. It's the lizards that love the heat.
SW-User
@BlueMetalChick chances are i’ll never meet one then and can admire them safely from pictures 😊😄

great colors, do you think its possible that he has the bright colors so his prey will be less alert staring at his colors?
He sure would make a pretty handbag
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@lulaluboo Doubtful, that's a Malaysian pit viper, they're quite small and wouldn't provide enough skin for a handbag. Not only that, but because they're semiaquatic, their scales don't contain the right types of proteins needed for embalming. And they're also absurdly venomous so if you get bit trying to kill it for its skin, you're probably going to lose a limb at the very least.
Well thats a shame. Lucky for him of course
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@lulaluboo They're protected by the Malaysian government, they aren't endangered, but in the past they've been killed for their scales to be used in jewelry. Unfortunately, they're quick learners, and when hunted it was discovered they migrated into residential areas and deaths from bites went up drastically. People would find them in bathtubs and shit, so the government said it was a bad idea to hunt them.
HoustonClark · 61-69, M
Colorful!!! From the colors I would have guessed it is poisonous.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@HoustonClark Oh yes, very correct.
Reject · 26-30, M
Such colors!
Reject · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick I feel like your personality is built in aposematic coloration and I mean that as a compliment, lol.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@Reject Ooh, that's a new one! I like it!
Reject · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick I thought you might! 😄 I know the BMC! A hard person to forget.
Whoa..Colorful, but deadly.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@Elandra77 You got it right.
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
WHO'S A PRETTY SNAKE YOU ARE YOU ARE
SW-User
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@SW-User What's wrong?
SW-User
@BlueMetalChick aren't those things extremely deadly?
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@SW-User Yes, they are, Malaysia blues are extremely venomous, but they're also very shy and reluctant to bite. You'd have to really piss it off to get him to take a swipe at you.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@NewBeginnings7790 They are venomous, but quite docile and reluctant to bite.
NewBeginnings7790 · 41-45, F
@BlueMetalChick Still scare the hell out of me!!
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@NewBeginnings7790 Understandably so. Venomous snakes really are not safe to handle in any way, at least not without a snake hook. Nonvenomous varieties are much easier to work with.
lightningblue · 26-30, M
I think I posted him before
