Nothing. Perhaps bikers shouldn’t be biking eh? Perhaps they should get off their lazy asses instead of riding a lazy mobile. Those fucking wankers.

Don't chain them; simply walk them on a leash which most,if not all,communities have local ordinances about and are called "leash laws".

@SW-User If so here the police will come out and give them an expensive fine to pay and if the dogs attack someone criminal charges and civil lawsuits can result.
