I Hate Racism and Discrimination

I would like to agree with your comment but I am afraid I cannot. Some are so rooted in their ways that they cannot see anything else. The last place I lived before this one was so bad I was held up at gunpoint with "We were here first!" When I replied "well you gotta move around otherwise how will you find new people to marry.!" He didn't get it. But I am alive today so at least I did not get shot.

Just moved into another town that has the same values but under a veil of veneer but at least I have relatived in this one more protection so to speak

Wow, sorry to hear you had such a traumatic experience. I don't doubt you at all but it's amazing to hear of such limited, small town people. I see there is no incentive to try & push progress. All the best dealing with the locals. 🙂

I'm guessing you come from a small town. Lots of them are like that,. Nor do they like change. But it only takes a few persistent, enlightened people to encourage progress. All the best!🙂
