rabbit is really good, amisfitlady.

i've never tried bear or dove or caraboui. i've had buffalo and alligator, both are really yummy.

Elk, carabou, bear, dove, some say buffalo is exotic but I live in ND where it is readily available, pheasant, duck, goose...

I have eaten raccoons, possums, hedgehogs,rabbits,deer, I live in NE PA. They are readily available here.

Hubby wants to try squirrel, and could go for trying rabbit

what are some of the more exotic ones?
