I Am Sometimes Antisocial

I know I know another random post, hua. I cannot tell if it is visual hallucinations if I see shadows that aren't there, patterns that aren't there, faces that aren't there, and I can't tell if it is auditory hallucinations if I am hearing voices in my head that I cannot control, and I don't know if it is tactile hallucinations if I feel like there are things crawling on me and if I feel as if I'm falling.
