I Hate Working Night Shift

I hate it so much! My body and mind have no idea how to cope when I am on the night shift.
ignore the suggestions of chemical help

what you need is to adapt your life to fit.
a DARK place to sleep, is key..
get off of work do some things you would if you were on "regualr" hours. go out, play, hike drink swim ect.
then, about 10-11 hours before you need to go in. go to bed.
do this for 10 days,, it will be easier.

Just think of something you would like to do at night other then being lazy and sleeping.... ;) It will pass by then and keep you worked up.
I love it. I had to work days for seven weeks for training. It was horrible.

I prefer nightshift but I couldn’t do more than two a week.

Agree with you, try to sleap at least 7 hours after ending the shift
