Our 10 year old daughter is asking for some thong panties. Kim is totally okay with that. I think 10 is a little young. What do you think? 🤔

I'd ask her about them first, which you already did. I don't have kids, but if other girls that young are wearing them.. Seems like a harmless social thing. Its just underwear, who cares. nobody can see.

@Kimtime I don't think it only sends the wrong message to dirty old men. Sporting ankle was once considered lewd and sending the wrong message to dirty old men. The question you should ask her is Why does she want them? If it's for the boys at school, or no bunching or whatever then that's a conversation you should have with her and should play a role in whether you get it for her. If she mentions or you can tell she wants them to attract the boys then you should have the old birds and bees talk with her. And with emphasis on safe exploration and safety in general, physical, biological, reproductive, emotional...etc etc. If you don't discuss these things she'll have to learn them all on her own, and than can be dangerous.
