5 year old nephew is destroying my mom's house.

My sister leaves him at my house and doesn't even come to check on him, he has had the same clothes on for weeks, she also has a 5 month old daughter she bring her to my mom house at night when she goes to work and picks her up in the morning and leaves my nephew. OK so he writes on the walls with nail polish, lip stick and completely throws things everywhere and it seems like he doesn't care at all, his dad is in prison. He completely trashes the house and my mom does nothing about it. Then when you tell him to stop he continues like he didn't do anything wrong.

Your sister is a shit parent but why isn't anyone else stepping up and taking care of this child? He's acting out because no one cares about him he's being neglected any attention is better than none. For God sakes if your Mom doesn't change his clothes and keep him clean then you do it. He's a child he didn't ask to be born it's not his fault he need kindness and someone to give a shit

@SW-User That's true,at this point I don't know what to do but my sister is at fault. I don't have any kids myself so it's a lot to deal with, when nobody cares at all.
