Should I tell my about my fetish?

I have a great relationship with my Mom and I also have OCD and extreme anxiety. My Mom does know about my mental health struggles but she doesn't know about my belly button fetish. Should I tell her about it or should I keep I a secret from everyone but my future girlfriend/wife?
