Why are kids so out of control saw

Parenting is much different than it was a anumber of years ago. Parents aren't giving kids the lessons they need to behave and grow up accordingly. I see it everywhere and look at the way that I was raised. Big difference.

Because parents are too afraid to smack their kids when they need it.
