Is it legal for a minor to drink alcohol in their own home under parental supervision where you live? It is here for a 17 year old here in Alberta

Alcohol be it minor or major is bad even if it's legal.

It's worse for a minor because they don't know the consequences of it and it affects at a later stage of life.

It shouldn't be legal for anyone below 22 as a matter of fact.

@nedkelly I never denied that or supported that. I'm talking about a different topic.

The only reason I mentioned that was because younger people are naive and get addicted to alcohol. It's hard to break addictions and my dad drank everyday ever since he started.

At one point in his life, he couldn't do a blood transfusion either because his blood was mixed with alcohol and it killed his liver. He died when he was 58. I just wanted to make that point tbh
