My daughter (about 10) and I saw that happen in a mall parking lot. We tried to get help but nobody was interested. So I made a net out of a windbreaker and a long-handled snow brush and we rescued the babies, who were fine and tumbled off with the mama duck toward a nearby creek.

@juiceyangel333 Happens all the time in far more serious situations. It's more important to get a viral video and likes than it is to use the same damn phone to call emergency responders for help.
