Yes. I was in a hotel and a bunch of young kids we're making a lot of noise in the hallway. It was 11 pm. I was really tired and I needed to sleep and these kids had been going at it for 10 minutes.

Absolutely. It is the responsibility of the public to enforce proper behavior amount at children. Just the other day I had to scold some.little brat for yelling curse words on the gondola at a amusement park. Any parent that gets posts can fuck off and tell it to their little brat child.
