If you can get them to be truly mindful of the Golden Rule, you'll raise a fine human.

I only know that the most important point that every parent should recognise and accept without question is that the first seven years of that child's life is crucial to the development of their whole life. What the child learns then will be carried through to the end of his or her days... so, they had better make a jolly good and determined effort to subject their child to the very best of thoughts, emotions and actions!
